How do I clear my cache?
The cache holds a copy of all the internet pages you visit to
make revisiting and re-loading quicker, but if the page content
has changed, sometimes, what is stored in the cache can cause
your page to load with the previous stored version or with errors.
For
Internet Explorer:
- Go
to "Tools" (or "View" depending on the version you are running)
--> Internet Options
- Select
"General" tab
- Select
"Delete Files"
- Click
OK
- Close
your browser then re-launch
For
Netscape:
-
Go to "Edit" --> Preferences
- Expand
category "Advanced" (click on plus sign)
- Select
"Cache"
- Click
on "Clear Memory Cache", (OK) and on "Clear Disk Cache", (OK)
- Click
OK to confirm and exit Preferences
- Close
your browser then re-launch
